Project of configuring insurance agents' accounting and commissions calculation module completed at PROVIDNA.
As part of further enhancing the functionality of HRB, HR and payroll system developed by AGroup, Septima-Consulting experts have completed the project of configuring insurance agents' accounting and commissions' calculation module at SK "PROVIDNA". SK "PROVIDNA" has the second largest network of agents in Ukraine. In 2008 alone, the number of insurance consultants increased one and a half times - 4600 insurance agents are working at the company now. The company is currently continuing agent recruitment campaign. The majority of agents are employed at the company under agency agreements (according to the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance"), the amount of their remuneration determined on the basis of sales results. Septima-Consulting specialists had the following task: to ensure that accounting records of agents and settlements with them are carried out through HRM, HR management system, to which remuneration amounts are to be imported from INSIS, the system used by PROVIDNA as insurance business management system. After that the remuneration amounts are to be accrued for the agents (according to the requirements of the Ukrainian law) and shown in the payroll sheets or transferred to the electronic banking system. At the same time, the whole of the payment accounting process should be accompanied by the generation of respective packs of documents - orders and certificates. In the course of the project Septima-Consulting experts have satisfied the Customer's requirements in full. The process of agents' accounting, commissions' accrual, generation of the necessary document package, data exchange with INSIS system with different recurrence was implemented through HRB tools. According to Oleg Ostrovetskiy, the head of business support systems development department, the configuration of the new module has enabled PROVIDNA to optimize processes relating to agents' accounting.
