The project of HRB HR and Timesheet modules implementation, as well as migration to the new version HRB 3.7. completed successfully at the international Renaissance Foundation (IRF).Press Release, June 2010 The consultants of Septima-Consulting successfully completed the project at the international foundation Renaissance, within the scope of which HRB HR and Timesheet modules were implemented, and migration RBPayroll 2.2b version (one of the first versions of the system) to the new version - HRB 3.7 (developed by AGroup) was carried out. The international Renaissance foundation has been using HRB information system to calculate payroll for more than 10 years. In early 2010 the management of IRF took the decision to extend the system capabilities through implementing HR and Timesheet modules and migration of data to the new version HRB 3.7. In March 2010 the International Renaissance Foundation entered into the licensing, maintenance and support agreement with Septima-Consulting. In the framework of the agreement, apart from migrating to the new version HRB 3.7, the experts of Septima-Consulting implemented the new modules of the system, which have not been used in the Renaissance before, in particular: HR and Timesheet module. The implementation of new HRB modules enabled maintaining staff records within a single system, taking corporate and local requirements into account. Apart from this, a new option was implemented in the frames of Payroll module: cost allocation to projects, which is especially relevant for the companies implementing multiple various projects with numerous freelancers involved. Owing to the synergy of the management, technical experts, accounting and HR service of the International Renaissance Foundation and the consultants of Septima-Consulting, the project was implemented within 1 month. As of now, the system has been put into commercial operations. In addition to that, according to a signed agreement, Septima-Consulting provides to Renaissance legislative support of the system as regards maintaining HR and payroll records according to the laws of Ukraine. HRB 3.7 by "AGroup" has extended functionality in the area of managing organization setup and staff list, administrating data access, improved user interface and a number of technological improvements.
